This page will have copies of Arisia's Progress Reports, printable schedule grid, hardcopy publications, and at-con newsletter.
Hardcopy publications are available at the convention on a table near Registration. Publications are available 24 hours/day during the convention, even when Reg is closed. This includes our Souvenir Book, Pocket Program, Quick Reference and Schedule Grid, and Family-Friendly Guide (for families and kids).
You are welcome to print your own copies of any publication for personal use through the PDF links below. All publications are copyright Arisia, Inc. and may not be sold or redistributed without written permission. Material (text and artwork) appearing in the publications may be copyright by individual contributors and is used by permission.
If you need publications in large print or Braille format please contact @email or stop by the Info Desk and ask to borrow the resident copies of accessible publications there.
The deadline for advertising in our print publications is now past.

If you would like to submit something for publication, send it to @email, or drop it off at the Info Desk by Exeter on the Mezzanine.
Content on this page is updated as it becomes available, which varies with each year's Arisia schedule. If you have any questions about publications please email @email.
Souvenir Book
Arisia's Souvenir Book is our premier memory publication for each year's convention. It contains participant bios, as well as features on each of our Guests of Honor and a representation of the Artist GOH's work.
You can preview the Souvenir Book (PDF) online but the color hardcopy is significantly better.
Schedule Options
The Pocket Program provides the complete convention schedule, including descriptions of the items and a reference by name of participant. If you want to save a personal schedule and use it while offline, check out the Mobile Version below.

Mobile Versions of the Schedule
There are two options for viewing Arisia's schedule online. We have the perennial favorite KonOpas and for 2019, we're bringing back Guidebook. Both work online in a web browser and via an Apple or Android phone app.
KonOpas
Konopas uses your web browser to display its information, so it should work with all types of computers and smartphones. It stores information locally so you only need an Internet connection to get updates. KonOpas can be found at https://schedule.arisia.org/.
KonOpas offers a "My Con" function that allows you to tag items and create a personal schedule. Like other KonOpas functionality, this personal schedule is saved and available even when you are offline.
The KonOpas server checks for schedule updates every 15 minutes. If updates are available, the "Reload Data" button will appear. You can also use your browser's reload button, but the KonOpas Reload button will only download the files that have changed, so it's better for your data plan.
At the hotel, there is free WiFi in the meeting rooms and guest rooms. You can use this wifi to get an update from KonOpas and then disconnect from the network as you enjoy the convention. This makes the system have no cost to you.
KonOpas is a freely available, open source application. It was written by Eemeli Aro. Arisia thanks Eemeli for his contribution and for the customizations he made for Arisia.
Guidebook
You can view Arisia's schedule online at https://guidebook.com/g/arisia19/ (scroll down for the "Web" button).
If you create an account, you can share your favorite events between both your computer and your phone.
To download the Guidebook for your Android or iOS phone
- Install the Guidebook app from: http://guidebook.com/getit/
- Click on "Download Guides"
- Search for "Arisia" (or search by date)
- Wait one beat to let both the new and old Arisia guidebooks show up,
- Click on "Arisia 2019"
Quick Reference
The Quick Reference (html) is a compact way to find key locations and things within the convention.
Family Friendly Guide
The Arisia Family Friendly Guide is a selection of activities from Arisia's schedule that are oriented toward children, and families with kids-in-tow. Arisia offers a wide range of activities for younger fans of all ages.

Restaurant Guide
The Restaurant Guide is a collection of publicly available information on eateries and transport around Arisia.
For 2019 we are using an interactive map guide, rather than a printed or PDF document. Information on the map is accurate as of its date of creation. Restaurant Guide map.
The source information for the map includes prices and notes taken by our Publications team. As always, check the restaurant website for any updates: Restaurant source data (Google sheet).
For a list of restaurants open after 1:30am, please see our Late Night Food page.
